Feature requests

Currently we look for keyword mentions in Reddit post headings and body. We are working on also including Reddit comments which are a treasure trove of product requests, questions, etc.

This will help with digesting the information and making sure that especially brand mentions are not missed.

Choose different channels for different keywords. For example, have brand mentions go into one channel vs. competitor mentions and Industry terms in another.

We work with a lot of KOLs, influencers and have an ambassador program. We would like to be able to see or filter out these people and out internal staff since they are supposed to be making comments about our company already. it would be great to be able to input a bunch of social handles and put them in a group and see their activity or filter them out

We want to add a general news and forum search as a platform so users have an even more comprehensive view of online mentions.

How many times brand name was mentioned How many times competitor keyword was mentioned How many times industry term was mentioned

The logo at the top and the mentions tracker at the bottom are cramped for space.

It would help the user experience if I could auto top-up mentions when I run out. This way I would not need to buy every time.

Currently you can toggle between high relevance only and all posts to be sent to you as a notification. We want to add that you can choose any of High, Medium, or Low relevance.

The current AI replies are too salesy and short. They don't empathize with the user. Maybe a feature where I can set the prompt myself for your AI replier.
