Feature requests

Currently we look for keyword mentions in Reddit post headings and body. We are working on also including Reddit comments which are a treasure trove of product requests, questions, etc.

How many times brand name was mentioned How many times competitor keyword was mentioned How many times industry term was mentioned

We don't use Slack; we use Teams and a few other channels to communicate internally. We work with several outsourced AEs to set up meetings. We push these alerts to these channels, and partners help book more qualified leads.

This will help with digesting the information and making sure that especially brand mentions are not missed.

Choose different channels for different keywords. For example, have brand mentions go into one channel vs. competitor mentions and Industry terms in another.

Currently you can toggle between high relevance only and all posts to be sent to you as a notification. We want to add that you can choose any of High, Medium, or Low relevance.

The logo at the top and the mentions tracker at the bottom are cramped for space.

So that you can easily see if a post is previously replied to or now, as well as save a post for later we want to add the option to bookmark a post as well as mark a post as engaged with.

Right now you can sort by relevance, but we want to introduce a filter so that you can choose to see any of High, Medium, Low relevance posts
